1) Our prices are ever so slightly higher compared to competitors (~$20) as we do not charge customers for lost triggers! Competitors tend to hold $50 deposit for any lost triggers - which by the way are easy to lose! (i.e., once burst, triggers could fly miles away into the corner of your venue.
2) We only require the couple to return the controllers! Please kindly do so, its not easy to lose compared to the triggers :)
